§ 107-15. Abandonment or reduction in more force.

If at any time subsequent to the completion of Step 1 in section 107-4(1), the subdivider abandons the subdivision, or work on the subdivision for a period of more than 30 days or significantly reduces the labor force, the developer shall within seven days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays) of the abandonment, reduction in force, or the end of the 30-day period inform the administrator in writing of the developer's actions and the reasons therefor. The developer shall state the date on which abandonment occurred or work ceased or the labor force was reduced. The developer shall also state the developer's intentions in regard to completion of the subdivision.
