§ 107-14. Release of performance bond.

The council will return the performance bond to the subdivider, upon certification by the administrator of satisfactory completion of the installation and construction of the required improvements followed by acceptance of the required improvements by the council by resolution. Prior to certification, the subdivider shall file with the administrator plans, profiles, and cross sections of the required improvements as they have been built, which drawing shall be clearly noted with the words "As-Built."
