§ 26-3. Statutes adopted.

The provisions of I.C.A. ch. 321 are hereby adopted by reference and no person shall violate any such provisions. Nothing is this section shall be interpreted as adopting any serious misdemeanor, aggravated misdemeanor or felony. Violations of such chapter shall be cited by citing this section number followed in parenthesis by the section of the statute violated. For example, a violation of I.C.A. § 321.275 would be cited as 26-3(321.275).
