§ 107-9. Commission action on final plat.

The commission shall review the application and may grant approval of final plat, or may inform the subdivider of needed changes to obtain approval. When the final plat has been approved by the commission, nine copies of the final plat and performance bond shall forthwith be transmitted to the council, together with a certificate showing the action of the commission.
