§ 107-10. Council action on final plat.

  • (a)

    The council may approve the final plat pending payment of all fees and the submittal of performance bond or cash to the clerk. If the plat is disapproved by the council, the disapproval shall specify, in writing, wherein the proposed plat is objectionable. Approval shall be by resolution.

    (b)

    When the final plat has been approved by the council, the performance bond accepted, and all nine copies duly certified, six copies shall be delivered to the commission; two copies to the administrator and one copy to the clerk for their respective files, and one to the subdivider for filing with the county recorder.
