§ 28-377. Alterations.

  • Alterations in any electric service wire or any electric fixture, where the consumption is increased, shall not be made without giving notice to and obtaining permission from the superintendent. It shall be unlawful for any electrician or other person to tap any electric distribution wire or connect any electric wire therewith, or to turn on or shut off the electric current from any wire, where the electric switch is not located on their own premises, except those duly authorized to do so by the superintendent.
