§ 28-371. Shutting off electric current.

  • The city reserves the right to shut off the electric current at any time for the purpose of making repairs or connections to the electric plant, distribution system or any fixtures connected with the electric system, or for any other purpose that may be deemed necessary. The city shall not be liable for any damages arising from shutting off the electric current.
