§ 28-370. Supply not guaranteed.

  • The city does not guarantee a constant supply of electric current to any consumer and shall not be liable for any damages for any failure to supply electric current. The right is reserved to cut off the supply of electric current at any time. The city does not guarantee or warrant to any consumer regular voltage and shall not be liable for any damages for failure to supply regular voltage.
