§ 28-366. Appointment and duties of the superintendent of the electrical system.

(a)

The superintendent of the electric system shall be appointed by the electrical system committee, subject to approval by the council.

(b)

The superintendent shall have control of the electrical system, and shall perform such duties and exercise such powers in the management of the electrical system, as the committee and the council may from time to time direct.
