§ 28-343. Others required to connect.

Following the installation of a sanitary sewer under the provisions of this division, all other owners of land abutting or adjoining the public street or streets in which the sewer has been installed shall be obliged to connect all sewage generating facilities into the sanitary sewer, as required by section 28-167.
