§ 28-305. Sewer service fees.

(a)

Each customer shall pay, as a user charge, a minimum fee of $5.89 per month, plus 55 percent of the customer's water service usage fee.

(b)

The user charge fees established in this section apply to all customers of the city's sewer system, regardless of the customer's location.
