§ 22-48. Sports.

  • (a)

    Tennis courts and baseball diamonds. Any person utilizing any tennis court, baseball diamond, or other recreational facility in any park shall take reasonable and proper care of the facilities. All persons shall observe all rules adopted by the board. The board shall post the rules at or near the facilities in a conspicuous place.

    (b)

    Archery. No person shall carry, use, exhibit, or bring into any park a bow and arrow, cross-bow or other device designed for the purpose of shooting, launching, or discharging arrows or other projectiles.

    (c)

    Golfing. No person shall use golf equipment in any park.
