§ 107-12. Performance bond.

The subdivider shall post evidence of recording certified check or performance bond and receive certified approval from the clerk. Receipt of the duly certified final plat and submission of a performance bond or certified check by the subdivider shall constitute the final act to enforce final approval and is authorization that the subdivider may proceed with the installation and construction of the required improvements.
