§ 8-137. Charges and payment.

Charges for use of the service rendered by the ambulance service shall be established by the council upon the recommendation of the board. The director of the ambulance service shall calculate the charges involved on each ambulance call and shall bill the recipient of the service. All ambulance charges are due upon presentation of a statement for the fee. Charges sent to the user or the user's representative shall be paid to the city clerk.
