§ 8-22. Required training.

All officers shall have received the minimum training required by state law at an approved law enforcement training school within one year of employment. Any officer receiving training at city expense must enter into a contract with the city determining the length of service that must be completed before the officer's responsibility to reimburse the city for the cost of any training is released.
