§ 4-99. Dangerous animals confined.

No person owning, possessing, harboring or having the care or control of a dangerous animal shall permit such animal to go unconfined upon the premises of the person and shall not permit the animal to go beyond the premises unless the animal is securely leashed and securely muzzled.
