§ 28-447. Health hazard.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit to accumulate on any premises, improved or vacant, or on any public place, such quantities of solid waste, toxic or hazardous waste, or radioactive materials either in containers or not, that shall constitute a health or sanitation hazard. Any such accumulation shall be a public nuisance and subject to abatement as such.
