§ 28-395. Services rules and regulations.

The council shall adopt by resolution all necessary rules for service and operation of the electric system. The rules for service are contained in the Dysart Electric Utility Tariff which is filed with the state utilities board. These rules shall apply to all consumers of the electric system. The clerk shall maintain a current copy of the rules.
