§ 28-386. Meters placed.

  • All meters shall be placed in such a position approved by the superintendent as to be handy for removal or for making repairs and so as to be easily read. It shall be unlawful to install any meter in any attic, closet, bathroom or on any outside wall of any building, except where it is enclosed in an approved cabinet, and in no case shall it be lawful for anyone, except an employee of the electric system, to repair or attempt to repair an electric meter.
