§ 28-345. Building sewers installed.

Each sanitary sewer constructed in a public street or right-of-way, whether constructed by the city or by a builder, shall include a stub to each abutting or adjoining lot line of the street or right-of-way on which the sewer is installed. The builder shall provide the city with an accurate map showing the location of each of such stubs within 30 days of the completion of the installation.
