§ 28-129. Fees for service.

Latest version.

Water service shall be furnished at the following monthly fees within the city:
(1)

A minimum base fee of $16.35 per water meter per billing month or fraction thereof.

(2)

$6.07 per 1,000 gallons of water used.

(3)

The council may authorize the sale of water to consumers not connected to the water system at the fee of $0.75 per 100 gallons of water.
