§ 26-220. Purpose.

The purpose of this division is to establish snow routes and authorize the declaration of a snow emergency, specify fines for parking along snow routes during snow emergencies, or for parking or blocking traffic on snow routes during snow emergencies, provide for the removal of vehicles parked in violation of this division, provide signing of snow routes, and provide penalties for violation of this division.
