§ 26-194. All night parking prohibited from November 15 to April 1.

No person, except physicians or other persons on emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any street or alley between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day during the period of time from November 15 to April 1.
