§ 20-277. Minors in taverns.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person under legal age to enter, remain in, or frequent a business establishment holding a retail liquor or beer permit unless over 50 percent of the dollar volume of the business establishment comes from the sale and serving of prepared foods. The provisions of this section shall not apply to premises having a Class "C" beer permit.
