§ 20-227. Presence considered prima facie evidence of violation.

  • Each person found in any building, room or other structure as defined in sections 20-225 and 20-226, whether male or female, or any person resorting thereto, shall be considered an inmate thereof within the meaning of section 20-228, and said person's presence in any such building, room or place at any hour of the day or night shall be prima facie evidence that said person is an inmate.
