§ 20-63. Injury to or removal of natural features.

No person shall remove any soil, rocks, stones, trees, shrubs, plants, flowers, or
down any timber or remove other wood or other materials from any park or other public
property; nor shall any person attach a rope, wire or other contrivance to any tree
or plant or dig in or otherwise disturb grass areas or excavate by tool, equipment,
blasting or other means or in any other way injure or impair the beauty or usefulness
of any park or other public property except with the permission of the council.
