§ 18-45. Notice to abate.

Upon discovery of any junk, junk vehicle, junk machinery, or hobby vehicle located upon private property in violation of section 18-43 and not excepted by section 18-44, the police authority shall, within five days, initiate abatement procedures as outlined in section 18-4.
