§ 16-48. License or permit required.

It is unlawful for any person to manufacture for sale, sell, offer or keep for sale, possess or transport alcoholic liquor, wine or beer without first securing a liquor control license, wine permit or beer permit in accordance with the provisions of this Code and state law.
