§ 12-93. Emergency alert.

Any emergency alert system (EAS) provided by grantee shall be operated in accordance with FCC regulations. Except to the extent expressly prohibited by law, the franchising authority will hold the grantee, its employees, officers and assigns harmless from any claims arising out of use of the EAS, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
