§ 12-111. Reservation of rights.

Acceptance of the terms and conditions of this franchise will not constitute, or be deemed to constitute, a waiver, either expressly or impliedly, by the grantee of any constitutional or legal right which it may have or may be determined to have, either by subsequent legislation or court decisions. The franchising authority acknowledges that the grantee reserves all of its rights under applicable state and Federal Constitutions and laws.
