§ 12-103. Notice of violation.

In the event that the franchising authority believes that the grantee has not complied with any material term of the franchise, the franchising authority shall informally discuss the matter with the grantee. If these discussions do not lead to resolution of the problem, the franchising authority shall notify the grantee in writing of the exact nature of such alleged noncompliance.
