§ 12-52. Effective.

This article shall be in full force and effect and shall constitute a binding contract between the city and Farmers Cooperative Telephone Company from the original date of the grantees acceptance of the franchise after the election approving this franchise.

Editor's note

Ordinance No. 137, granting a telephone franchise to Farmers Cooperative Telephone Company, was adopted by the council on September 7, 1978. Voters approved the franchise at an election held November 7, 1978. The company filed its letter of acceptance on November 21, 1978.
