§ 12-49. Franchise granted.

Farmers Cooperative Telephone Company, hereinafter referred to as the grantee, a corporation, its successors and assigns, are hereby granted the right to use and occupy the streets, alleys, and other public places of the city for an additional term ending September 7, 2028, for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, and operating a general telephone and telegraph system within the city.
