§ 12-24. Service pipe installation.

The grantee shall make the first installation of service pipe to each property line without charge where gas is to be consumed, any additional service pipe beyond the property line to be installed by the grantee shall be at the cost and expense of the owner of the property, or occupant of the property, for whom the installation shall be made; and further provided that in the initial installation the grantee will install service pipe without cost into the foundation or basement of the building or property of the user if the owner thereof shall so desire.
